November 7, 2007 - This week, Jive Records recording artist Britney Spears sets a new record with her critically-acclaimed album, Blackout. Bowing at #2 this week on the U.S. albums chart, Spears has become the only woman whose first five studio albums have debuted in the top two slots on the chart,” according to Billboard magazine.
