In shocking new court documents related to a restraining order filed on behalf of BRITNEY SPEARS against her self-styled manager SAM LUTFI, her parents claim that he drugged Britney, amongst other claims.
Britney's mom, LYNNE SPEARS, filed a six page declaration that includes the following allegations: that Sam told her that he ground up drugs and gave them to Britney, disabled the phones in her home and hid her cell phone chargers, disabled Britney's cars, told Britney that she had to take the drugs he gave her to get her kids back, told Lynne and a friend to tell Britney that her recent boyfriend ADNAN GHALIB is gay, that Sam hides Britney's dog London, and also that Sam told Lynne: "If you try to get rid of me, she'll be dead and I'll piss on her grave."
Lynne also claims that Sam told her, "I'm the one who spends 24/7 with your daughter. I sleep in cars outside her house so she can't leave," and threatened to "make [Lynne's] name sh** in the papers."
Also according to the order: "Britney met Mr. Lutfi in or about October 2007. Mr. Lutfi has essentially moved into Britney's home and has purported to take control of her life, home and finances."
The restraining order commands Sam to stay 250 feet away from Britney, forbids him from contacting her and bars him from harassing, striking, threatening, assaulting, hitting, following, stalking, destroying her personal property, keeping her under surveillance or blocking her movements. According to the order, "Immediate relief is necessary to avoid the risk of physical harm to Britney by Mr. Lutfi and to allow her to undergo necessary medical treatment without interference by Mr. Lutfi."
The order specifically forbids him from being within 250 feet of UCLA Medical Center (where Britney is currently being treated), her parents' homes, siblings' homes, childrens' homes or any of her homes.
