U New York Postu javljaju da Britneyn tat želi da se ona više pozabavi televizijom zato što će u tom poslu imati normalno radno vreme od 9 do 17 h. Misli da će je taj posao držati okupiranom i da će je to držati dalje od nevolja. Tražio je više televizijskog rada za Britney i pregleda nekoliko ponuda za Britneyn show. Tina Fey je jednom prilikom izjavila da bi volela da Britney glumi epizodnu ulogu u njenoj seriji "30 Rock", ali ne može da dođe u kontakt s njom...

Glavni ljudi CBS mreže su toliko oduševljeni Britneynim pojavljivanjem u CBS-ovoj seriji How I Met Your Mother da žele da joj daju njen show! Pop zvezdino gostovanje u HIMYM je privuklo čak 10 miliona gledalaca, što je naviši rejting ikada ove serije! Ova televizija planira da ponudi Britney još gostovanja u drugim serijama pre nego što dobije svoju seriju. Izvori su za National Enquirer rekli: "Britney did a great job playing the cute, funny receptionist, and really enjoyed herself. Doing a TV show will help Britney keep focused, plus keep her in Los Angeles, where she can see her kids regularly and create a positive work routine"

Producent, kreator i zvezda Tina Fey kaže da ne bi imala ništa protiv da se Britney pojavi i u njenoj hit seriji "30 Rock". “We would love to work with Britney Spears”, kaže Tina. “I’ve worked with her twice on Saturday Night Live and she was very professional and nice.”
